  • researchers of all levels (PhD, post-doc, teacher-researcher…);
  • families accompanying researchers.

We support students and researchers before and during the stay on the following topics:

  • Health insurance (how to get health coverage, practical information about health in France…)
  • Family procedures (childcare, schooling of children…)
  • Housing (help with the search for accommodation, or with the request for financial support for the rent with CAF…)
  • Employment (work permit, student job search or scientific job…)
  • Practical information and daily life (bank, transportation…)
  • Learning French as a foreign language (FLE)
  • Culture and leisure activities

Our services for hosting institutions (universities, research organizations…)

Our services are also aimed at institutions that welcome students, PhD candidates and researchers.

We support higher education and research institutions (reception services, laboratories, doctoral schools, human resources departments, international relations departments…) in all the issues of the welcoming of international students and researchers, providing advice on regulations, legal watch of immigration law, setting up welcome desks, etc.
