The Welcome Desk Paris opens its doors from September 8 to October 31, 2025

For its 23rd edition, the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris, with the support of the City of Paris, is organizing the Welcome Desk Paris from September 8 to October 31, 2025.
Located at the heart of the Maison Internationale, this unique reception platform offers international students and researchers comprehensive support to successfully settle in the Île-de-France region.

A one-stop service for international students and researchers

Throughout this period, the acc&ss team at the Cité internationale, reinforced by a temporary team of international students, welcomes and advises international audiences, whether or not they reside on campus.

Multilingual and specialized, the teams provide guidance on:

  • Administrative formalities (residency, housing allowance – CAF, health insurance, etc.),
  • Learning French and cultural integration,
  • Everyday matters: banking, transportation, job search, etc.

The acc&ss Paris Centre team welcomes you in person, without appointment, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the acc&ss offices located on the ground floor of the Maison Internationale.

Partners on-site and online

Throughout the Welcome Desk Paris, several institutional partners are available to support international students and researchers:

  • CAF: available Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., starting September 15, by appointment.
  • CPAM: available on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting September 8, by appointment.
  • ADIL 75: provides answers by email to all legal questions related to housing.
  • The acc&ss Paris Centre team supports you with your residence permit procedures (VLS-TS validation, first application, renewal, change of status), in partnership with the Préfecture de Police de Paris.

In addition to these regular services, other partners take part in one-off events focusing on employment, career orientation, and professional development. Among them: France Travail, the Association Bernard Grégory (ABG), and the Association Nationale de la Recherche et de la Technologie (ANRT), which will offer workshops, consultations, and specialized meetings.
