In the heart of “Cité Descartes” Campus, the Résidence Internationale welcomes PhD students, post-doctoral students, researchers and visiting professors welcomed by one of the members of Université Paris-Est. They may, if necessary, be accompanied by their family.

There is also a unique HOUSING ONLINE SERVICE led by the CROUS of Versailles, gathering all the housing offers of the different landlords having one or more student residences on or near the Paris Saclay campus.
Some institutions have their own students’ residences or have accommodation reserved for their students and/or researchers. Others use housing platforms, such as Studapart. Below is a selection of useful links by institution.
Université Paris Saclay, AgroParisTech, ENSTA ParisTech, HEC Paris, l’université Evry-Val-d’Essonne, or l’université Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines use Studapart, a collaborative private platform centralizing exclusive housing offers close to the students’ campus, to help their students find housing.
Ecole Polytechnique: École Polytechnique has around 1,500 student apartments and a hotel with fifty rooms reserved for short-stay visitors or the site’s staff.
ENSTA ParisTech: Accommodation on campus and agreements with various organisations like the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris (CIUP)
ENS Paris Saclay: ENS Paris-Saclay students benefit from a free, secure platform reserved just for them. This social, collaborative platform makes it easy to find student housing close to the School, all over France and elsewhere in the world : https://ens-parissaclay.immojeune.com/
TELECOM Ecole de Management (TEM) et TELECOM SudParis (TSP) : The “MAISEL” (MAISon des ELèves) , students’ house, is the Housing Office for Institut Mines-Telecom Business School (IMT-BS) and Telecom SudParis Engineering School (TSP).
