Do you need help in your online application process to apply for housing allowance? The team at the Caisse d’Allocations Familiales (CAF) of Paris can help you fill out your request for housing aid online! The request for housing assistance has to be made online. Indeed, you can make it simply from any computer, from the CAF web site. Yet, with an appointment with CAF at the Welcome Desk Paris located at the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris, a CAF officer can help you fill out your request online, guiding you along the way for each piece of information to be given within the online form.
Video-call appointments
A specific question about your file or a complex situation to be specified? An expert from the CAF answers you. With the video appointment, a CAF officer can provide answers in the event of a specific question on your file or a complex situation that does not allow the procedure to be carried out online. The CAF agent may also carry out the procedure on behalf of you, the “allocataire”. The presence of an interpreter is not allowed in the Acc&ss CAF premises (maximum 2 people), but you don’t have this problem in visio. Don’t hesitate to make a video appointment!
How to make an appointment?
Whatever type of appointment you want, in the premises of the Cité Internationale universitaire de Paris or in visio, go to the pages of the Welcome Desk Paris to make your appointment!
- Go to https://access.ciup.fr/en/welcome-desk-paris-steps-in-my-process/
- Roll over the “Housing allowances” picture and clik on the button “make an appointment”
- Choose CAF in the drop-down menu Catégories
- Choose the type of appointment you want (rendez-vous à la Cité Internationale or rendez-vous en visio) in the drop-down menu Services
- Click on the button SUIVANT
- Choose the slot you want
- Fill in the form with your name and contact information
- Confirm your request by clicking on the button SUIVANT.
- You will receive a confirmation of your appointment by email straight away. For the video call appointments you will receive the email of confirmation straight away also, but you will receive the link of the video meeting later on, a few minutes before the appointment. Please check your emails just before the appointment.
