Are you a PhD candidate or a PhD holder? Are you wondering about a specific aspect of your career path or, more generally, about the next step in your career plan? ?

The ABG (Association Bernard Grégory) is invited as a participant at the Welcome Desk Paris and is offering you flash interviews (30 minutes), on October 13th, 2022, from 2 pm to 5 pm, at the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris.

Beware: welcome with an appointment only.

These face-to-face interviews are intended to assist you in: :

  • Your job search and the development of your communication tools (CV, LinkedIn profile, etc.) ;
  • The recruitment process ;
  • Developing your career plan ;
  • Marketing your skills, especially outside of academia ;

Since its founding in 1980, the Association Bernard Grégory (ABG) has worked to promote the career development of PhD-holders, the innovative capacities of businesses, and to capture the value of skills acquired through training in research.

The ABG is an association supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, which is also a longstanding partner of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris (CiuP). As an expert in the professional integration of PhD candidates, as well as their career development, the ABG is encouraging you to come and meet with them on October 13th, 2022, from 2 pm to 5 pm, for a flash interview (of about 30 minutes).

Welcome Desk Paris, what is it ?

Every year, the Welcome Desk Paris is set up by the acc&ss service of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris at the begininng of the academic year. This back-to-school program reinforces the support provided to students, doctoral students and researchers throughout the year, thanks to the presence of partners (CAF, CPAM, Pôle Emploi, etc.) that the public can meet on site, in one single place, and thanks to the general information provided by a multilingual team. It is also a digital platform referencing all information and useful links to carry out ones procedures
